Designed by Mexico City-based designer David Pompa, the Meta Parallel lamps are defined by their elegant, minimalist form that reinforces the visual interplay of balance and tension. Two columns made from natural stone are connected by a single horizontal metal element. The Meta Parallel uses Recinto, also known as volcanic rock, for the columns, while the Meta Parallel White uses Fiorito, a light gray natural stone quarried in Puebla, Mexico. Both materials give the lighting a natural, porous texture that’s understatedly luxe. Multiple Meta Parallel lamps can be combined to create an installation-like sculpture.
